VAPT & Compliance Pricing: How We Quote

Aesparrow prices VAPT, penetration testing and compliance consulting by scope, not by a one-size-fits-all rate card. Most engagements are quoted at a fixed price after a short scoping call, so you know the total cost — including the report, debrief and re-test — before any work starts.

Engagement models

Best for: A single web app, mobile app, API, network or cloud assessment

We scope the targets, agree a fixed price and timeline, test, report and re-test the fixes once.

How much does VAPT cost?

VAPT cost depends on scope — the number of applications, endpoints, roles or IP addresses — plus test depth, complexity and re-testing. A small single-application test costs far less than a multi-application, multi-cloud engagement. Share your scope and we will send a fixed-price quote, usually within one business day.

Do you offer fixed-price penetration testing?

Yes. After a short scoping call or questionnaire, most VAPT and penetration testing engagements are quoted at a fixed price that includes the report, a debrief call and one round of re-testing.

How much does ISO 27001 or SOC 2 consulting cost?

It depends on company size, number of locations and systems, how mature your current controls are and whether you need internal audit. We price compliance programmes by milestone so you know the total up front. Certification or attestation fees are paid separately to the accredited body or CPA firm.

Is re-testing included?

One round of re-testing of reported findings is included in fixed-scope VAPT engagements. Additional rounds can be added.

Why is a manual penetration test more expensive than a vulnerability scan?

A scan is automated and finds known issues; a manual penetration test uses certified testers to verify findings, chain weaknesses and test business logic — which is where the most damaging vulnerabilities are usually found. See our guide on vulnerability assessment vs penetration testing.

How do I get a quote?
